We empower women to break past limitations, embrace their strength, and build confidence to take on whatever life throws their way. Whether you're a boss running the show, a mom-to-be, a mother of three, transitioning into perimenopause, or navigating menopause, each stage of life presents new demands. We're here to help you stay strong, resilient, and ready for every chapter ahead.
Training sessions start with breath work to calm the nervous system and release any parts of your body that might be tense. We follow that with core stability work and prepping the glutes to load properly (each session is lots of abs and butt. lol). We then tackle strength training and focus on the full body. We finish our sessions with cardio & power. That means out of each session you are gaining mobility, strength, core stability, and power/cardio.
For prospective clients, please click on the button below labeled “Work with me” to fill out a google form which gives me a little more insight to who you are, your goals, and any injuries you may have now or have had in the past. We will then setup a time for a 30 minute phone call to discuss these things more in depth and create a plan for moving forward.
