What is a training session like?

Each training session starts with breath work to calm the nervous system and release any parts of your body that might be tense. We follow that with core stability work and prepping the glutes to load properly (each session is lots of abs and butt. lol). We then tackle strength training and focus on the full body. We finish our sessions with cardio & power. That means out of each session you are gaining mobility, strength, core stability, and power/cardio.

How do I get started?

Please click on the button below labeled “Work with me” to fill out a google form which gives me a little more insight to who you are, your goals, and any injuries you may have now or have had in the past. We will then setup a time for a 30 minute phone call to discuss these things more in depth and create a plan for moving forward.

We love helping women understand their power, stop limiting themselves, and find new strength to live an adventurous life and face all the challenges life throws at you whether you are a boss babe, a mom to be, a mother of three, entering perimenopause, or navigating menopause. Kathleen rose to the challenge of my constantly changing body and helped me build strength safely through all trimesters and postpartum. Her thoughtful programming and sense of humor made working with her essential to my wellness. Most notably, I developed SI joint pain in month five that was progressively limiting my ability to walk or climb stairs(in nyc!). We worked on my movement patterns and it was gone in a couple of weeks. Without working with her, I would have been immobilized for half of my pregnancy. Instead, I was able to maintain my independence and mobility without pain until the very end.

I credit her training and pelvic floor teaching with my fast recovery from labor and I would never have been able to carry my son or all his equipment without working with her. I love that I can pick him up, throw him in the air, bathe him and carry him (and a stroller) up and down stairs without thinking twice. I can’t recommend working with her enough!
