What is Nutrition Coaching?

A detailed look into your daily eating habits with the goal of improving your relationship with food. By looking at your daily habits, we are able to help you reach your goals.

Everyone wants a “quick fix” when it comes to weight loss. However, it doesn’t happen that way. Any 30 day challenge for weight loss usually results in gaining the weight back. We are not here for a quick fix. We are here to help:

  • heal your metabolism

  • heal your relationship with food

  • give you tools to understand your eating habits and what to do with that information

We do all this in a super supportive way. We never shame you for where you are. We believe every “failure” is just information to help us plan better for the future. We not only tackle habits, we tackle the mindset around them.

I am driven by a deep rooted belief in the transformative power of food and lifestyle choices for overall well-being. My journey began with a personal quest in managing autoimmune diseases, which ignited my intricate relationship between food, mind, and body. I am an opera singer, adore languages, and find peace in struggling through learning something new on my piano. I believe that when we prioritize our well-being, we're better equipped to pursue the things that bring us joy and fulfillment.


Through personal experience and becoming a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer, I’ve come to understand that nutrition isn’t about what we eat —it’s about how we nourish ourselves on every level. From enhancing physical performance to fostering mental clarity and emotional balance, the impact of nutrition extends far beyond the dinner plate. 

Working with me, you can expect:

Consultations are $50 for a half hour session. If you move forward with a plan, the $50 will go towards your package.

  • Weekly 1 hr zoom calls to deep dive into habits and goal setting

  • Daily check ins via text

  • Unlimited Access to your Nutrition Coach to ask questions, get feedback, etc

  • Individually guided feedback and suggestions.

  • The goal is self efficacy, so we provide tools for long term success.

$800/month

Billed as a monthly subscription until cancelled. We highly recommend committing to 3 months.
