I’m a certified personal trainer with a mission: to help women build strength that actually supports their lives—not just their looks.

My focus isn’t on aesthetics. It’s on helping you feel good in your body—so everyday activities feel easier, more enjoyable, and more you.

But this isn’t just something I teach. It’s something I’ve lived.

At 24, I had hip surgery for a torn labrum and impingement. Even after surgery, I spent years in chronic hip pain—13 years total, before and after. I kept pushing through, because that’s what I thought strength looked like.

It wasn’t until I changed how I moved that I started to heal. I realized the real power comes not just from what you do—but how you do it. And now, I teach my clients the same.

With a background in corrective exercise and an ongoing study of how women’s bodies evolve through pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause, I design every workout to challenge you, restore you, and help your body do what it’s meant to do: move well and feel strong.

I believe overcoming chronic pain is possible—because I’ve done it.

At Work Carter Fitness, we don’t chase intensity for intensity’s sake. We train smarter, with intention, so your body works harder because it’s supported better.

These are my official certifications, but I am constantly taking courses and seminars to expand my knowledge to help my clients more.

I recently finished a course where I learned so much about the body including ribcage and pelvis health, pelvic floor health, and how our feet affect our overall movement.
